Program name: ApexUrsaLv Missed-Call Text-Back
Program description: APEXURSALV LLC (DBA ApexUrsaLv) runs an automated text service for local HVAC companies. When you call a participating business and the call is missed, you may receive a text so you can tell the business whether your need is urgent or routine and book a time. If you agree to it, you may also receive appointment confirmations, review requests and seasonal maintenance reminders from that business.
How you opt in: You opt in by calling a participating business, which tells you it will follow up by text, or by checking the SMS consent box on the business's booking form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Missed-call replies are sent only after you call. Reminders and review requests are limited (up to 4 messages per year).
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.
